HEART RATE
We track your heart rate the moment we start the class. By doing this, we record your heart rate, moves, and calories burned during your workout. We then send your info to our downloadable app where it stores all of your data.

PERFORMANCE
These are preset goals that we have set for you to try and achieve throughout your workout. There are five goals for each workout that differentiate depending on what workout you’re doing. With each goal achieved, you’re more driven to try and reach the next and you can see the progress you’re making!
