OUR WORKOUTS

All of our workouts follow a comprehensive step by step approach to maximize gains. Every workout starts with a stretching segment, core activation program, and track based warm up on the Skillmills.

 

Then we move on to our three, 7-minute interval training, and finish off with our Push finale.

We have two categories of workouts that we offer. Our first category consists of our performance workouts and our second is conditioning.

TECHNOGYM- SKILLMILLS

 We use state of the art equipment made from Technogym, the official equipment supplier to the Olympic games. Technogym created the Skillmill that allows users to improve their endurance, strength, speed, and power. All of this in just one machine! This gives us a huge variety of exercises to train the entire body. Now you can even train like an olympic athlete!

TECHNOGYM- TEAMBEATS

With each workout, we use Technogyms Teambeats System.  The Teambeats allows you to follow along the exact workout using a monitor.  Know when to change stations, rest, and push harder.  Teambeats keeps track of all your stats and works with you step by step.
