Nervous? Don’t be! Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or you’ve been working out for years, The Push Code has you covered! Just set aside an hour of your day, come in, and let us take care of the rest.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOUR FIRST PUSH CODE CLASS

Bring water and a towel 

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your class time. An instructor will meet with you to discuss any injuries and give a brief run through of how the class works. Right before the class starts, you will be given a heart rate monitor.

TRY A CLASS

YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE!

DURING YOUR WORKOUT

Depending on which workout, you will either start on the Skillmill, rower, bike, or free weights station. The instructor will go through a detailed explanation of how the class is structured and explain how to do the free weight exercises.

 

If you have any questions or you’re confused about anything during the workout, please ask for clarification! Our instructors are here for you every step of the way!
